> Site Caretaker

Salary:  £14,788 p.a. (term time only plus 2 weeks)

A rare opportunity has arisen to become an assistant caretaker in the beautiful village of Henley in Arden.  Working hours would be Monday to Friday with occasional weekend duties during term times.  Weekdays would be worked on an alternating early / late shift pattern.

The site caretaker would be an integral part of the non-teaching team and in particular would be expected to work closely with the school’s site manager.  Main duties include facilities care & preparation, site security, working on catering tills, portering, maintenance & overseeing contractors

> Cleaning Supervisor 

Remuneration: £9.00 p.h.

Managing a small team of 7 cleaners, this is a hands on role working 3 hours per day (3.15-6.15pm) 5 days per week term time only plus 2 weeks of deep clean in the holiday periods. Some flexibility on working hours can be offered (e.g. morning shift of 6am-9am will be considered).

> Cleaner (41 week p/a) 

Term time 39 week contract + 10 days deep cleaning. (41 weeks in total) - £8.00 per hour

Hours available: 6:00am-9:00am or 3:15pm-6:15pm Monday to Friday

We are looking to appoint someone who:

  • is hard working
  • is flexible
  • is a good team player
  • has a sense of pride in their work

Main duties and responsibilites would involve:

  • General cleaning of classrooms, toilets, offices etc
  • Mopping, hoovering, wiping of desks and surfaces
  • Reporting any maintainence issues to Caretaking Team
  • Use of floor scruffer drier, training will be provided
  • Ensure school is kept in a clean and hygienic condition
  • Rubbish and recylcing management
  • Understanding and adhering to the required Health and Safety procedures e.g. slip hazard signs displayed, COSHH training etc.
