ICT Support Technician (Apprenticeship)

Nestled in the heart of rural Warwickshire, Henley-in-Arden School is one of the educational world’s hidden gems.

With pressure on school places in Solihull and Birmingham, and a growing desire for a smaller, friendlier school experience, more and more parents are discovering their 650 pupil secondary school, especially as families are no longer restricted to choosing a school in their own local authority.

Roles & Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to):

  • Detect, diagnose, and resolve PC, printer, issues, and software errors
  • Assist students and staff with IT requests
  • Perform routine checks on PCs/IT equipment and repair
  • Setting up Apple iPads
  • Assist in the installation of software and hardware including the updating of drivers and anti-virus software
  • Ensure admin and documentation is kept accordingly up to date

Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by both Baltic Apprenticeships and Henley-in-Arden School.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £13,025 per annum
  • Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm
  • Free onsite parking
  • Office based role
  • 24 days annual leave entitlement (plus bank holidays)

Opportunity to progress onto a full-time position or a Level 4 apprenticeship upon completion.
