Warning sign PLEASE BE AWARE – TIKTOK/SNAPCHAT/WHATSAPP/TWITTER

There is an extremely triggering and highly graphic video currently trending on TikTok of a man live-streaming his suicide. Whilst TikTok have stated that they are doing their best to remove the video.

It has been shared across all social media platforms hundreds of thousands of times including under fake captions. Some captions on TikTok are as trivial as ‘look at the pasta I cooked tonight’ therefore children can come across the video without even searching for it.

We cannot state enough that this video is extremely distressing and we urge children, parents and carers to avoid the app whilst this video is in such high circulation.

If you have witnessed the video please seek appropriate support from a parent, carer, teacher or from any of the mental health support services below

School Uniform

Dear Parents

You have informed us of an issue with your childs school uniform.  We have a range of loan items available to remedy the situation.  All items are either brand new or appropriately laundered.

Where items are limited we may loan on a daily basis with due attention to laundering to cater for COVID.

Should you have a financial constraint please do let us know, and we will look to support with this. Full school uniform of the correct standard is expected and therefore please do work with us by sending your child with a note on their return to school.  The pastoral team will work with the form tutor to resolve this appropriately.

Henley Staff Portrait Challenge

Over the past 6 weeks, our staff and governors have been busy creating their self-portraits to share with our school community, just for fun!

Up until now, the portraits have remained anonymous and have been used to make amusing videos to entertain our students, each other, and possibly some parents too! We have all been trying to guess who is who…wait no longer!
